Building a securitisation industry on new regulatory foundations

Activity in the securitisation market is picking up. STS has arrived and appears to be delivering on its promise. Issuers and investors are digesting the new regulatory environment. What are the lessons learned? And more importantly, what next steps can be taken to further nourish the market and allow it to approach its full potential?

The securitisation landscape is developing rapidly.

  • What has STS brought the market? And what are the next steps to secure the advantages?
  • Significant Risk Transfer (SRT) – why and how to use securitisation for capital relief / synthetic transactions?
  • The importance of green in the securitisation market is widely supported. How can green initiatives reach their full potential?
  • Non-banks securitisation deals are increasing. What are the opportunities and risks?
  • Alternative lending – gain an overview of platform performance

Get the answers to these and many more questions during the 16th edition of the Securitisation Event. The largest international event in the Netherlands where knowledge sharing is key. More than 250 participants come together annually to discuss thé game-changing developments in the ABS market.

An initiative by IIR and the Dutch Securitisation Association (DSA), the event has developed into a highly regarded venue to meet for all parties involved in the Dutch Securitisation market. The Securitisation Event is a unique high-quality event that you don’t want to miss.
