Investing in the Dutch Loan Portfolio

19 & 20 november | Amsterdam

Mortgages, real estate, consumer credits, SME

The Dutch economy received a record amount of foreign investment last year. Changes in the European political and regulatory landscape are creating new investment opportunities. Meanwhile, the traditional role of banks is changing.

Dutch mortgages are widely considered to be an attractive asset class due to high yields and relatively low default rates. In addition, commercial real estate, SME’s and consumer loans are considered interesting investments.

The Investing in Dutch Loan Portfolio event is a meeting place for those who are active in or investigating investment opportunities on the Dutch loan market.
