Credit Agricole Consumer Finance Nederland (CA CF NL) is a market leader in the Dutch Consumer Finance market and a wholly owned subsidiary of Crédit Agricole S.A.

CA CF NL offers a comprehensive range of financial products (incl. personal loans, revolving credit), fully covering the entire spectrum from origination and underwriting, until the servicing and collection processes. Matsuba 2016 is the inaugural public offering of CA CF NL and the first publicly placed, fully marketed and DSA compliant Dutch Consumer ABS post crisis since 2007. Matsuba 2016 achieved excellent investors’ demand (2x oversubscribed) and low spreads, providing diversification to the institutional investors in the NL securitization market. It is the first European Consumer ABS transaction priced above par.

At the Securitisation Event 2017, 19 April 2017 in Amsterdam, participants will determine this year’s winner by popular vote. Nominees will each get the chance to pitch their motivation why they should win the prestigious Securitisation Award 2017.
