RNHB:RNHB | IIR
RNHB has been in the market every year since 2017, and even twice in 2020. The transactions, selling most of the capital structure, have all been received well by the market. As a frequent issuer, RNHB has been setting the standard for the Dutch BTL RMBS market.

MeDirect:MeDirect | IIR
MeDirect was in 2020 a welcome new addition to the Dutch RMBS market, and they followed with another transaction early 2021. They
managed to build their presence in spite of the Covid-19 market turmoil.

Tulp Group:Tulp Group | IIR
Tulp Hypotheken debuted on the Dutch RMBS market late 2019, and
has the potential to develop into a frequent issuer. In addition, through their affiliate De Nederlandse they also contributed to the BTL RMBS Jubilee Place 2020-1. This way they promote a diversified offering of securitisation products.
