European Private Debt Forum

23 June 2016 | Amsterdam

Creating a Pan-European market for alternative credit

23 June 2016, IIR and EUPPA present the 3rd annual EU Private Debt Forum.

This year will see a further transformation of the European market, exploring new capital market channels. The conference aims to enable new market connections and knowledge sharing to develop and secure a Pan-European market for (corporate) alternative credits. Recent case studies and interactive sessions will ensure a practical edge to the programme, presented and moderated by industry leaders.

Highlights of the programme:

  • Practicality of corporate issuing in Europe
  • Looking at underlying investments of EUPP’s, Schuldscheine, direct lending, unitranche and more
  • Responding to cross-country regulation
  • Standardisation of documents
  • Case studies – Recent deals reviewed by corporate borrowers and investors
